A user is any person with a login who can create or edit tasks. Read-only guest / client viewers do not count toward your seat limit on Growth and above.

Cloud is a fully managed SaaS — we handle infrastructure, upgrades and backups. Self-hosted means you run Karyastra (and the AI models) on your own servers via Docker Compose or Kubernetes. Self-hosted is an option on Scale and included on Enterprise.

Annual plans are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Monthly plans are not refunded mid-cycle. Enterprise contracts are governed by the signed MSA.
